Neues Jahr, neues Glück! Und auch gute Vorsätze, einer davon ist zum Beispiel diesen doch leider etwas eingeschlafenen Blog zu neuem Leben erwecken.
Was definitiv auch zu einem guten Jahreswechsel gehört, ist ein gutes Essen mit guten Freunden. Dieses Jahr so geschehen bei mir. Feine Pizza, Kartenspiele, Whisky und Poker, anstossen auf dem Dach und das Feuerwerk in der Stadt anschauen. Danach feinstes Tiramisu löffeln. Alles wunderbar!
Doch als Gastgeber macht man leider Überstunden...wenn auch erst am nächsten Tag. Und der Berg der Gläser, Teller, Tellerchen, Schüsseln, verkrusteten Blechen und Besteck will nur langsam kleiner werden, wasche ich doch von Hand ab.
Doch es war lohnenswert, das Fest war toll!

New year, new luck! And good intentions, one of which is to bring to this unfortunately somewhat dormant blog to life.
What also definitely belongs to a good new year is a good meal with good friends. This year it happened so at my flat. Fine Pizza, card games, poker and whiskey, clink glasses on the roof and watch the fireworks in the city. Then spoon the finest tiramisu. Everything is wonderful!
But unfortunately you do overtime as host ... if only the next day. And the mountain of glasses, plates, small plates, bowls, crusty baking sheets and cutlery only decrease slow, since I wash by hand.
But it was worth it, the party was great!
